Actuellement candidate au doctorat, assistante de recherche et chargée d’enseignement à l’École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP), Isabelle a complété une maîtrise en sociologie à l’Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) et un baccalauréat en communication publique (concentration journalisme) à l’Université Laval. Elle est également coordonnatrice du Centre de recherche sur la gouvernance (CERGO) de l’ENAP et administratrice (membre étudiante) de la Société québécoise de science politique (SQSP) et du Centre interdisciplinaire de recherche et d'information sur les entreprises collectives (CIRIEC-Canada).
Depuis 2015, Isabelle a successivement agi à titre d’assistante, de professionnelle et de coordinatrice de recherche. Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, elle a travaillé sur de nombreux projets de recherche, dont des études de cas, des évaluations de programme, différents types de revues de la littérature (revue de la portée, systématique et méta-analyse), et des études Delphi. Au fil des ans, elle a eu l’occasion de se démarquer dans les champs de la recherche, du transfert de connaissances et du renforcement des capacités. Ses travaux de recherche portent principalement sur la reconnaissance des groupes et des organisations dans une perspective institutionnelle.
